The Quad Merch Store Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns and Replacements

Product Quality Issues:
If you encounter any quality issues—such as misprinting, damage, or defects—please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll verify the issue and promptly arrange for a replacement, depending on availability.
 

Broken or Damaged Products:
For fragile items like mugs and framed posters, report any damages within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged item and the original packaging (showing the shipping label and your details) to help us process the replacement quickly.

2. Customer Rejections and Modifications

As our merchandise is customized specifically for each order, we are currently unable to accept returns for reasons such as size or color modifications. If you’d like a different size or color, please place a new order.

3. Handling Returned Orders

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or other delivery issues, it will be stored for up to 30 days. You can request that we reship the order to a new address during this period. After 30 days, unclaimed items may be donated.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation by Customer:
Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our processing queue, and cancellations are no longer allowed.
 

Cancellation by The Quad:
In certain cases, we may need to cancel an order, for reasons such as stock limitations, pricing inaccuracies, or security concerns. If we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
